Most lead tools quietly guess. Guessed addresses bounce, and bounces wreck the reputation of the domain you send from. So here is the honest shape of it.
If a business publishes no address, the field is empty. You will not find info@theirdomain.com in your export because it looked plausible.
Expect a contact email for roughly half. Phone numbers and websites are near-universal; published emails are not.
Social profiles come from links the business published on its own site. We do not log into LinkedIn or Facebook to harvest anything.
